Small group Pilates Classes only 3 maximum per group.
Suitable for beginners and those with minor injuries and aches and pains.
For more serious issues, a private consultation and/or some Private sessions may be needed.

Best of Both Worlds
Sessions will include exercises using large Pilates equipment such as the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, and chair, plus small equipment and mat-based exercises.
The beauty of the Pilates equipment is that it offers the advantage of added assistance, support and unburdening of joints through built-in, adjustable springs.
Equipment-based Pilates may also produce more visible results, owing to the resistance created by the pulley and spring systems. In essence, the equipment can be set up to either assist or resist a movement, depending on your level of ability, injuries, needs and strength.
Along with improved body posture, arm, leg, and abdominal muscles tend to achieve more definition through this approach.
Pilates mat work performed using your own body for stability means that you will have to depend on your core and body strength to achieve a position or to mobilise your body during an exercise.
On the mat, the body is constantly pitted against gravitational forces, requiring more physical control.
