Bodywork Evolution is a fully equipped boutique Pilates Studio in Pacific Pines on the Northern Gold Coast, and I am passionate about helping people with pain and movement issues. I work with you rather than on you to reduce pain and restore any movement you may have lost due to pain, trauma and compensations.
Remedial Massage targets specific areas to address pain, injuries and movement restrictions. Everyone is different, and although they may present with similar pain, each person’s journey to that point has been different, and therefore their treatment is different.
I will also treat areas that may be the root cause or contributing to any problems you may have. This is more effective in giving you long-lasting results that enable you to return to and keep doing the activities you enjoy and love.

Anatomy Trains Structural Integration (ATSI) springs from the pioneering work of Dr Ida Rolf and has been developed by Thomas Myers.
The series takes place over 12 progressive sessions; times may vary, but a session can take up to 1 1⁄2 hours.
Each session is a hands-on treatment with a postural/movement assessment at the beginning and during each session. However, following the 12-session recipe, each session is designed to address individual needs. Slow unwinding fascial and myofascial techniques restore your body to its natural balance, alignment, length, and ease.

With injuries and pain often comes a change in how our bodies move; using the help of the springs and pulleys, the equipment can help you relearn good movement patterns and let go of compensation patterns. This can then be integrated into your everyday daily life and exercise habits.
